About Jessica

Hi. I'm Jessica. I'm glad you've found your way to my webpage. I'd love to talk with you about how executive functioning coaching can help you reach your goals.

Using insights from the most up-to-date scholarship and over 12 years of coaching expertise, I can help you get On Track. Together we'll identify your goals & create a plan, and then I'll help you stick with it by meeting your goals daily, weekly, monthly and in the long term.

I earned a Ph.D. in Educational and Psychology and I am an internationally published researcher on the topic of academic motivation. Through my work I explore what motivates people to succeed in academic tasks and what social supports encourage success.

I have lived over half my life in Columbus, OH, and am honored to serve the community.

I'm also a marginally dedicated runner & used-to-be high school swimmer, a vegan who drinks too much coffee, a parent to two young kids, and I used to be a professor that students teased for my enthusiasm.
